Cocchi Technologies has earned the Great Place to Work® Certification for the first time, based on the results of the 2025 employee survey conducted across the Group.
In this cycle, the certification was obtained by the Group’s Business Units in Italy, the United States, Mexico and China, reflecting the experience and feedback of employees working across these organizations.
The Great Place to Work® Certification is an internationally recognized benchmark for workplace culture, based on an independent assessment of employee feedback and organizational practices. The recognition highlights companies that succeed in creating a high-trust environment where people feel respected, supported and engaged in their work.
